ISO/TS 16949:2002 is the standard applied throughout the automotive supply chain, which was established by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IATF (International Automotive Task Force) along with global automotive manufactures. By improving internal operating process and using five core tools, the company implemented ISO/TS 16949:2002 to identify customer demands, set up performance indices, strengthen product quality, utmost customer satisfaction, and enhance corporate competitive advantage.
